Uploaded Content

During the course of your engagement, you may upload documents, files, financial records, and other business materials to our platform. We collect and store all content you submit.

Usage Data

We automatically collect technical information about how you interact with our platform, including page views, session duration, browser type, and IP address. This data is collected by our hosting provider, Vercel.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver consulting services and produce engagement deliverables
• Operate and maintain Mission Control and your client portal
• Communicate with you about your engagement
• Improve and maintain the security of our platform

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Your data may be processed by these services in the normal course of operations:

• Vercel — hosting, infrastructure, and analytics (United States)
• Turso — database storage (United States)
• Vercel Blob — file storage for uploaded documents and logos (United States)

All data remains within US-based services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for the duration of your engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfill legal and business obligations. Upon written request, we will delete your account data and uploaded content within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law or where data has been incorporated into our AI models in anonymized, aggregate form.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

6. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their independent marketing or commercial purposes.

7. International Users

Sentio is currently based in and primarily serves clients in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, please be aware that your data will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer. We do not currently maintain separate data processing infrastructure for international jurisdictions, though we are committed to handling all data responsibly regardless of origin.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, rate-limited access, and role-based permissions. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
